Walking along the seashore sounds like a wonderful way to spend some time. I love the smell and feel of the salty air :) Keep Smiling! Your blogging sister, Connie :)
The weather was beautiful yesterday, for sure. Today started out wet, it stopped raining but it is really getting cold outside now. Love your picture of the ocean and the seagull!
Brr... I wouldn't like to dip my feet in there. Although I'm imagining that it's a beach here in the North East of Scotland. A great shot! It emphasizes that we should seize the day Laurie, and get out if the conditions are good... you never know when it will change. Have a wonderful week
I hate raining days so much! I love beautiful and sunny days. Talking about the photo, my friend from http://www.paperwriting.xyz/ travels a lot and he collects the photos of a seagulls. I just remembered that fact looking on your photo.
I know you guys on the east coast get tired of it, but I would LOVE some rain...any day...snow, too! I love seagulls - goofy trash birds, but beautiful! Happy Tuesday, Laurie!
I don't get tired of the rain, normally. But it seems like we've had rain every weekend for months. Now, I'll put it out there, too....I'll take snow anytime! Happy Tuesday to you, too, Tanya.
Oh my...that looks wonderful Laurie!
ReplyDeleteWon't be long for me!!
Love the beach...
Cheers!
Linda :o)
Thanks, Linda! Hope you have a great vacation. So far our winter has been pretty mild. If the trend continues, you should have awesome weather.

I'm sure the water was very cold, but it was so nice out that day. That's a great advice, Neesie....seize the day!
DeleteLooks lovely to me! We had some sun but with our temps at a high of 11de. it didn't make much of a statement!
ReplyDeleteOh law, that's cold!

It's 6 degrees here right now. No seagull watching here! haha.
ReplyDeleteHaHa! You're right....they like it a little balmy. Their little toes would get frostbitten in those temps.

DeleteI am trying to figure out the sky in the picture. Is it just very cloudy day?
ReplyDeleteI love watching the birds enjoy the ocean.
HaHa! I was playing around with it in picmonkey and gave it a crinkled paper texture. It was actually sunny.
