What great photos of that gull and his/her reflection! Happy Thursday, Laurie!
Thanks Tanya, he/she looks cold, too!
A walk on the beach is always the right thing! We are logging in about 58 miles of walking each week - Steve is a little OCD and he records each walk after checking the mileage on GP Miler. I finally bought a good pair of walking shoes, but the beach walks still leave my feet sore so we are headed to REI to find a pair of walking sandals that can get wet, but give me support.Have a great day - and a run!
LOL! I have Steve's OCDitis. I record every run....miles, pace, time and even down to the calories burned. It's awesome to look back at your calendar and see all those days spent exercising. Walking and running on the beach is hard. You work many more muscles. I think you'll find that it gets much easier over time. Good shoes help.
Love it, Laurie- xo Diana
Thank you, Diana!

I would love a walk on a sunny, snowless beach right now, and so would Piper! And I love your images with the stones visible through the water.
You and Piper are welcome to come walk on the beach anytime, Quinn.
