I loved it. But my knees gave way last year and I haven't been able to do it. I'm planning on a total knee in the future and hopefully I'll be back to walking. Running was never a passion for me but I do so applaud all those who enjoy it! I work with a wonderful gal who has MS. She's a nurse who works full-time and also has a family. Her and her hubby are runners. She's gone through a lot but continues to run. In Jan. she started training for a full marathon and did that goal this month. It took her almost 6hrs but she finished. I asked if that was a "bucket list" or was she going to do it again. She said it was a one time deal. She said when you're told that eventually you will be in a wheelchair you go for the gusto and do all you can. We were so excited for her. I'm hoping she will never be in that chair, but if she does, she can say she did all she could before then. Good luck in all your future runs and don't let speed determine who you are! yayahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12047536332780197024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-284188381082334916.post-39352746031119323692014-06-17T14:44:45.301-04:002014-06-17T14:44:45.301-04:00Thanks Carol. You are making me think I should just run a little bit, each day and slowly increase my time and distance.

You look great in the picture!Art and Sandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09070124859845536964noreply@blogger.com
